Company Profile: ZHUOZHU

Founded in 2005, ZHUOZHU has built a solid reputation on a strong foundation. Our first product was PVC roofing tiles, through which we established partnerships with customers from around the world.

Continuous Expansion into Insulation and Steel Structure

In 2015, we identified a rising demand for insulation materials. The following year, we acquired a state-of-the-art sandwich panel production line from Germany and launched our steel structure production line in 2016, creating a dual-core business model of “structure + insulation”.

Diversified Product Portfolio

By 2020, our insulation panel range had grown into three main categories: PU sandwich panels, rock wool sandwich panels, and over ten types of cleanroom panels, widely used in commercial buildings and clean engineering projects.

Metal Carved Panels – A New Breakthrough

In 2025, we further upgraded our production capabilities by purchasing and improving a metal carved panel production line. While sandwich panels are mainly used in commercial buildings, metal carved panels are better suited for residential and lightweight housing applications, combining aesthetics with high thermal insulation.

New Brand Launch: Capsule NOOK

In April 2026, we officially launched our newest brand – Capsule NOOK, specializing in outdoor capsule houses. These capsule homes are built using our in-house steel structures and insulation materials, offering lightweight design, excellent thermal performance, and easy installation.
